Getting Set Up

Will it take me long to set up?

No! We’ll take care of all the setup for you, free of charge. You’ll be up and running in no time at all!

Will it work on my device?

Tommy Trinder works perfectly fine on desktop computers, laptops and tablets (iOS or Android) with a screen size of 7.9 inches (iPad mini) or larger. It’s not designed for mobile phones due to screen size limitations.

Do I need to install any software?

No software installation is needed. Tommy is completely web-based, so all you need is an internet connection.

What’s the best browser to use?

How much does it cost?

Can I pay by Direct Debit?

No. At the moment, we only accept payments by debit or credit card. You’ll need to upload a valid card to access the app.

Do I need a demo before signing up?

Yes. Before coming on board, we think it’s important for you to know exactly what Tommy can and can't do and the best way to do this is to book a quick walkthrough. Don't worry, though, we’re window people, not computer geeks so we’ll be keeping it real.

Can I try before I buy?

We invest loads in training and supporting new customers from the get-go, so we don't give free trials. If you decide it's not for you can cancel after one month – so your total risk is $250+TAX.

What is the contract length?

With a monthly plan, you can cancel at any time without further charges. Alternatively, you can save more than 20% with an annual plan. This is a 12 month commitment. View our plans and pricing.

Are my quotes, margins and client data secure?

Yes. Your data is fully secure and accessible only to you and any designated account administrators.

Integrations

Can I connect Tommy to my CRM?

Yes. CRM integrations are available on Grow plans and above. We offer direct integrations with a number of CRMs, including: Business Pilot and AdminBase

We also support custom integrations via our open API so other links are possible - let us know your requirements.
