Will it take me long to set up?

We do it all the setup for you, for free. We can get you up and running in hours.

Will it work on any device?

Tommy Trinder will work fine on any computer, laptop or tablets (iOS or Android) with a screen size of 7.9 inches (iPAD mini) and above. It won't work too well on your phone because the screen is a bit small.

Do I need to install any software?

No. Tommy is completely web-based, which means that you do not need to install any software to use the application.

Can I pay by Direct Debit?

Can I sign up without having a demo?

Sorry, no. Before coming on board, we think it’s important for you to know exactly what Tommy can and can't do and the best way to do this is to book a demo. Don't worry, though, we’re window people, not computer geeks so we’ll be keeping it real.

Can I have a free trial period?

We invest loads in training and supporting new customers from the get-go, so we don't give free trials. If you decide it's not for you can cancel after one month – so your total risk is £130.

How long is the contract for?

If you sign up on a monthly plan you can cancel anytime, and we won’t take any further subscriptions. Alternatively, you can save over 20% by taking an annual plan; this is a 12 month commitment. Click here for plan details

Absolutely. Other than you and your account administrator, no-one has access to your confidential information.

Can I connect Tommy to my CRM?

Yes. We have a direct link to Business Pilot and Monday.com and, coming soon, to Adminbase. We have an open API so other links are possible - let us know what you need.

Will Tommy connect to my accounts system?

Yes. Via Zapier, Tommy will connect to any online accounts platform, such as Xero or QuickBooks.
